On December 30, 2025, I placed an order on Joom for a product titled “MAGICLIGHT LED Lámpara de libro Ayuda para leer Luz de libro Lámpara de lectura Marcapáginas Ajustable,” with order number 67YWEX8P. The order was paid the same day for a total amount of 15,90 €. At the time of purchase, the promised delivery window was between January 1 and January 4.
However, as of January 3, 2026, I confirmed that the product had not been delivered, and in addition, the order no longer appears in my Joom orders section. I have not received the product, I have no updated tracking information, and I am unable to view the order in my account.
I have attempted to contact Joom customer service, but so far I have not been able to reach anyone to receive an explanation or a solution. Given that the order has not been delivered and has disappeared from my account, I am requesting a full refund of the 15,90 € I paid, to be issued as soon as possible.
