Joom order No. JVX68EXP was received and never refunded despite several requests. Please refund me quickly or I will report the site as fraudulent. A quick response is expected. I have received no replies to my emails, and you are not issuing the refund. I will return to shopping with other sites because they offer good value for money and very fast refunds.
