I Never Received My Joom Order but It Was Marked as Returned Without Delivery

I placed an order on Joom and received a message today saying the package was returned and a refund process had started. However, no one ever came to my address, no delivery attempt was made, and I was never contacted by a courier. How is this possible?
What’s even more frustrating is that I received an email from Joom saying, “Your order has arrived in your country,” but when I check the app, the order has completely disappeared. It no longer shows in my account, and there’s no way to get accurate tracking or contact customer service.
I am extremely disappointed. Not only was the item not delivered, but I also have no clear explanation for why it was returned, and I have no way to speak with a real person about it. This is unacceptable. Joom needs to improve its delivery system and customer service. I demand a full explanation and proper compensation for the inconvenience.
