Joom Sent Car Head Unit With Wrong Wires Instead of Plug and Play
I purchased a car head unit from Joom and received it on 8 May at my address in Ormsby St Margaret, Great Yarmouth. The product was advertised as “plug and play” but it arrived with the wrong wires, so I cannot even connect or use the device as intended. After noticing the issue, I contacted the seller through the platform, but I have not received any response from them. I also contacted Joom support, but they only reply roughly once every three days and keep asking for photos instead of providing a clear solution, which is causing a lot of delay and frustration while I am still left with an unusable product. I request that the correct leads for this car head unit be sent to me as soon as possible so I can use the device properly. If this is not possible, I would like a full refund for the product since it was supplied with incompatible wiring and cannot be used in its current state, despite being sold as plug and play.
