On June 28, I purchased a pair of shoes on Joom under order number 384Q6MGN, paying a total of €103 (€98 for the item + ...€5 for shipping). Although over a month has passed, my product has still not arrived, and there has been no progress in the shipping process. Even though I submitted a refund requ
