Joom Order Delayed for Over a Month, Refund Process Frustrates
I placed an order on Joom.com nearly a month ago, and my product still hasn’t arrived. To make matters worse, I was informed that if it doesn’t arrive by February 10, they will initiate a refund. Why should I have to wait until February 10 for a refund? This is completely unacceptable.
I expected prompt delivery, but instead, Joom has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Customers should not be made to wait endlessly for either their order or their money. I demand an immediate refund and a proper resolution to this issue. It seems like Joom is more focused on inconveniencing its customers than delivering on its promises. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied.

I shopped from joom.com and bought a rechargeable robot vacuum cleaner. It wasn't as big as it looked in the pictures and seemed like a toy; it neither picks up dust nor does anything else. They sent something worthless. There's no live support line or anything; the money is gone. These people are outright scammers. Do not buy anything from joom.com under any circumstances.
