Joom Order #64914350 Undelivered and Unrefunded After Payment

On March 15, I placed order number 64914350 on Joom. I made a payment of 2.61 via my debit card. Even though a significant amount of time has passed, my product has not arrived, nor has any refund been issued to me.

I tried to reach Joom customer service through the app and other channels, but I could not reach anyone and received zero support regarding my issue. My item is missing, and my payment has not been returned.

My primary request is for the ordered item to be delivered to me as soon as possible. If that cannot be fulfilled, I demand an immediate and full refund of the 2.61 back to my debit card.
