I’ve been experiencing a serious issue with my JBL 520 headphones for the past week. The power button on one earcup and the volume button on the other have completely stopped working. I’ve been using the product for about 22 months, and this problem started on its own, without any physical damage or interference. I purchased the headphones online, and my order number is 2433637643. The product is still under warranty.

So far, I haven’t contacted JBL customer service. I request that my headphones be repaired under warranty to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
