On February 5, 2024, I purchased the JBL Tune 570BT headphones, but they broke while I was gently adjusting them to fit my ears. I didn’t apply any excessive force, yet they snapped in the same spot many other users have reported online. Despite never dropping the headphones and keeping them in pristine condition without a single scratch, they still broke.
I paid ₺1689.25 for this product, expecting quality, and it’s disappointing that such a reputable brand has this recurring issue. The headphones are still under warranty, and I have both the box and receipt. The store I bought them from directed me to Aztek Technology, but after emailing them, I received no response.
I am requesting a replacement or a full refund for this defective product. I hope JBL will take responsibility and address this issue promptly. Thank you.
