37I purchased my JBL Tune Flex earbuds less than a year ago and have not even used them daily. Recently, the right earbud got stuck in mono mode, and no amount of resetting has resolved the issue. As a result, it won’t charge at all. I specifically chose JBL because of its reputation for quality, and I enjoyed using the product until this problem arose. This experience has been extremely disappointing, especially considering the brand's standing. I urge JBL to provide an immediate solution to this issue, whether it’s a repair, replacement, or refund. I expected better durability and service from a trusted brand like JBL.
