When you spend your money on a product and it doesn't do what it's meant to, it's quite annoying. That was my experience with the JBL Tune 510bt headset. A little over seven months ago, I made the purchase, and up until just a few days ago, everything was well. No matter what I do, I can't get it to turn on. I tried plugging it in to charge, and the indicator light came on, so it seems to be getting power. However, when I hit the on the switch, nothing happens. It seems to have sunk without a trace. I thought this headset was a great buy, and I enjoyed using it. However, I'm feeling somewhat downhearted at the moment. I would rather not return it, but I'm at a loss on what to do with it. I'm crossing my fingers that the JBL team can solve this problem for me. I'm sure there's an easy solution, but I can't seem to find one. I would be eternally appreciative if someone who has encountered this issue and found a workaround could get in touch with me.
