If your JBL Tune 510BT headphones are unresponsive to power prompts, a factory reset may be the solution.
To do a reset, turn on the headphones, then press and hold the Volume Up (+) and Volume Down (-) keys for more than 5 seconds. The LED indicator should flicker, indicating a successful reset.
