If Investing.com charged your card without consent and you want a refund and to stop auto-renew;

Contact Investing.com support, the platform store (App Store/Google Play), and your bank/card issuer with a clear escalation;

• State that your card was charged for an Investing.com/Investing Pro subscription without your authorization
• Provide the date, amount charged, currency, transaction/receipt details, and the email/account used
• Mention whether the charge came from the app store (Apple/Google) or directly from Investing.com
• Attach screenshots of the card statement showing the charge and any subscription/order confirmation you have

Ask them to;

• Confirm if a subscription was active under your account and whether it was set to auto-renew
• Explain why the charge was processed without your clear consent
• Cancel the subscription immediately so it does not renew again
• Refund the unauthorized charge (full or prorated depending on terms)
• Provide written confirmation that the subscription and auto-renew have been stopped and will not recur

If support does not reply or the issue is unresolved, you might want to consider posting a complaint on Xolvie in order to bring attention to the issue and try to find a solution.
