Investing.com Took Subscription Fee Without Notification
Last year, I purchased a Pro subscription through the Investing.com website. Although I was considering whether to use the Pro subscription again this year, on December 21, 2025, at 8:31 a.m., a renewal charge of approximately $65 was made to my credit card without my approval or consent. I absolutely do not accept that this charge was processed without any prior notification, confirmation request, or reminder.
After this unauthorized transaction, I contacted my bank and had my card blocked for new charges. However, since the transaction was still shown as pending, I was unable to file a formal charge dispute. For this reason, I am requesting that Investing.com directly resolve this issue.
I am demanding that the entire Pro subscription fee charged to my credit card without my consent be refunded as soon as possible, and that my subscription be canceled immediately.
