Investing.com Refund Problem

Although Investing.com stated a monthly membership fee, the annual fee was charged to my credit card. Even though I canceled within 7 days, it has been 1 month, and they still haven't refunded my money. Despite the complaints and emails I wrote, they have not yet solved my problem. I urgently want my money refunded. My membership email address is ******[email protected].
