Investing.com Unauthorized Renewal Charge Despite Canceled Subscription

I started a subscription on Investing.com last October and canceled it on 18/11/2025. However, today, 18/11/2025 at 11:56, I noticed that $356 was charged to my credit card without my knowledge. Even though I canceled my subscription, being charged like this has caused me serious inconvenience.

My registered email address is [email protected]. The payment was made with my credit card ending in 6250. This is the first time something like this has happened to me, and I have not been able to reach Investing.com customer service in any way.

I request a full refund of the amount charged and the complete cancellation of my subscription. I ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
