Unauthorized Investing.com Charge Appeared on My Bank Account
On 04/08/2026, an unauthorized charge of approximately $68 was withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank account in the name of investing.com without my knowledge or approval. This payment was completely unauthorized, and I was not provided with any notification, warning, or prior information regarding the transaction.
Since the subscription does not appear in my Google Play Store subscriptions, I am unable to cancel it myself from my side. I have the payment receipt and transaction records available, and the payment was withdrawn through my Ziraat Bank account ending in 305003.
I request that this unauthorized charge be refunded to me as soon as possible and that authorized representatives provide me with a clear written explanation regarding how and why this transaction was processed without my consent.
