Investing.com Renewed My Subscription Without Consent

Last year, I purchased a 1-year subscription to Investing.com. However, this year, without my knowledge or consent, they automatically renewed my subscription and charged ₺2,868 to my credit card.

I never authorized this renewal, nor was I given any prior notification about the charge. This is an unauthorized transaction, and I do not wish to continue my subscription.

I demand an immediate refund and the cancellation of my subscription. Investing.com, stop charging users without their approval! If this issue is not resolved, I will take further action. Others, be cautious—this platform may renew your subscription without informing you!
