Investing.com Charged Me Far More Than the Monthly Subscription Price
On April 13, 2026, I started a subscription on investing.com in order to try the standard one-month membership package advertised at approximately $6 plus tax. However, today when I checked my credit card statement, I discovered that approximately $67 had been charged for this membership instead.
My expectation is that the excessive amount charged to me be refunded and that my membership fee be corrected according to the actual price of the one-month standard package that I originally selected. I also request that my membership be automatically canceled at the end of the first month without any additional charges or renewals being applied to my account.
I kindly ask that this billing issue, which I believe to be incorrect or mistaken, be thoroughly investigated and that the overcharged amount be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible.
