Unauthorized Premium Charges After Cancellation of Investing.com Subscription

Even though I canceled my Investing.com subscription 3 months ago, I’ve been charged for a Premium account for the third time this month. A total of 507 ₺ has been deducted without any reason (169 ₺ x 3 months). I’ve requested a refund several times, contacting them via email and chat, and each time they confirmed the cancellation, yet the charges continue.

I demand an immediate refund and proper cancellation of my subscription. I do not use the service, and this situation is unacceptable. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
