Investing.com Overcharged Me for Pro+ Subscription—I Want a Refund

I signed up for an Investing.com Pro+ membership, expecting to pay the listed price. However, when I checked my bank statement, I saw that they charged my card ₺10,248, which is much higher than the advertised price on their website.

This is completely unacceptable! There was no warning or explanation for this inflated charge. I don’t understand how a platform like Investing.com can make such a serious billing error.

I demand a full refund of the excess amount immediately! Investing.com, fix this issue and ensure customers are charged correctly. Others, be careful—this platform may charge far more than what they initially show you!
