Yesterday, I purchased a 1-year Investing.com Pro+ subscription at a discounted rate, expecting to pay ₺2,688. However, when I checked my bank statement, I saw that ₺10,248 was withdrawn from my account—far more than the stated price.

I immediately tried to contact customer support, but I couldn’t find any reliable contact address or direct support line. This is completely unacceptable for a financial platform.

I demand an urgent refund! Either cancel the transaction and issue a full refund or correct the mistake and return the excess amount. If this is not resolved promptly, I will pursue legal action. Others, beware—this platform may overcharge you without notice!
