Investing.com Ignored 14-Day Cooling-Off Right for Investing Pro

January 14 3:42 PM28

On January 14, 2026, I purchased an Investing Pro subscription through Investing.com. On the same day, even though I am legally entitled to a 14-day free cancellation (cooling-off) period, I canceled the subscription both through my account and separately by sending an email requesting cancellation and a refund.

A total of $40 was charged to my credit card for this subscription. Despite canceling the membership on the same day and submitting a written refund request, no refund has been issued to me to date, and I have received no response to my emails.

I do not accept the failure to issue a refund despite my 14-day right of withdrawal. I am requesting that Investing.com refund the $40 charged to my credit card for the Investing Pro subscription as soon as possible and provide written confirmation regarding the refund process.
