Clicked ‘Update Plan,’ Got Charged — Investing.com Billing Complaint
On November 5, 2025, I experienced a serious issue with my Investing.com Pro subscription. I logged into the site to check whether my annual membership was still active and to cancel it if necessary. However, when I clicked the “Update Plan” option while trying to cancel, a 2-year subscription fee of $358 was charged to my credit card without any additional confirmation or warning.
I did not approve this transaction under any circumstances, and I do not wish to use the service. I am requesting a refund. I tried to contact customer support to cancel the membership and get a refund, but I could not find any phone number or representative to speak with. The support section on the website only contains preset Q&A responses, and no real solution is offered.
It is unacceptable for a payment to be taken without explicit confirmation or clear notice. I want my membership canceled and the full amount refunded.
