Investing Pro Still Charging My Card After Account Deletion and Membership Cancellation

I deleted my Investing Pro account and canceled my membership, yet the system continues to try and charge my card every month. I’ve sent an email asking for this issue to be resolved, but nothing has been done so far. This situation is really stressing me out, as I can’t even use my card for online purchases out of fear that it will be charged again. Please stop these attempts to bill my card immediately and confirm that this has been handled. I expect this to be fixed as soon as possible, as this is causing unnecessary inconvenience. Thank you.
