Hello, I purchased an Investing.com Pro membership via the Apple app on 04/01/2024. When I logged into my account on 11/02/2024 through the web browser https://tr.investing.com/, I was offered a Pro+ membership at a heavily discounted price, nearly 74% off, for around ₺3000. As I filled out my information on the screen, the price suddenly jumped to nearly ₺8000, and thinking it might be a glitch, I refreshed the page, and the price reverted back to the originally shown ₺3000. However, my card was charged around ₺8448, a significant difference. I immediately tried to contact Investing.com, but couldn't reach them by email or phone from Turkey. They require contacting them via the email address p**************@investing.com. Additionally, I noticed that automatic renewal was enabled in my membership, although I didn't encounter such an option during the offer or purchase. I requested Investing.com to disable automatic renewal and refund the overcharged amount from the Pro+ membership offer. If the excess amount cannot be refunded, I expressed my intent to utilize my legal 14-day withdrawal right from the Pro+ membership and made numerous attempts to reach out. However, I couldn't contact them in any way or receive a response. Their app is great, but the post-sales service is disappointing.
