Requesting Refund After Investing Pro Auto-Renewal Without Permission

On December 19, 2025, my account on the Investing Pro website was renewed for an annual subscription without my consent or explicit approval, and $237 was charged to my Yapı Kredi Bank credit card ending in 2894. I did not see any notification, warning, or confirmation screen before this charge was made. I only noticed it after reviewing my transaction history, where it appeared with the description “Investing Pro.”

I immediately canceled the subscription through the system. However, I have been unable to reach the company through email, live chat, or any other channel. There is no one to contact. Despite the time that has passed, I have received no response, and I still have not been refunded this amount of over two hundred dollars.

I am requesting that this unauthorized annual subscription be canceled immediately and that the full amount of $237 charged to my credit card be refunded. I also demand that a clear point of contact be provided and that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
