Investing.com Charged Me Without My Consent Despite Free App Use

I’ve been using the Investing.com app under the impression that it was free, and I never signed up for any paid subscription. But today, around 16:05, I noticed that ₺1428 was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or permission.

I never received a warning, notification, or confirmation request—absolutely nothing. This charge came out of nowhere, and I still have no idea how or why it happened. If this was for a subscription, I never activated or approved it.

I’m extremely frustrated and demand a full refund immediately. This is a clear case of unauthorized billing, and I will not accept being charged for something I didn’t agree to. I’m filing a formal complaint and expect a prompt resolution.
