Unable to Cancel Investing.com Subscription; Unauthorized Charges

I downloaded the Investing.com app and now wish to cancel my subscription. However, there is no customer service number to contact, and no one is available to assist me with the cancellation process. Despite my intent to stop the service, a charge has been deducted from my account this month without my consent.

This lack of support is extremely frustrating, and I am left with no way to resolve this issue on my own. I request immediate assistance from your customer service team to cancel my subscription and issue a refund for the unauthorized charge. Please address this matter promptly to restore trust in your service.

I downloaded the Investing.com app, then my phone crashed and all my information was deleted. I had to start everything from scratch. I can't access the Investing app, there are no contact numbers, you can only reach them by email, and they don't help at all. They are so irresponsible and indifferent that they have been charging me for 3 months for an app I can't use. Shame on them.
