On May 18, 2025, I made a purchase from IKEA. Despite providing my invoice information completely and correctly to the cashier, the invoice was issued with an incorrect Turkish ID number—entered as “11111111111.” This mistake was entirely due to staff negligence and not any error on my part. As a result, I lost my right as a consumer to claim or deduct VAT. Additionally, the receipt I was given is so faintly printed that the information is unreadable, rendering the document invalid for official use. I request that this incorrect document be corrected and that a new, legible version be issued to me. I kindly ask that the necessary action be taken.
