IKEA Has Not Refunded My Payment After Canceling My Order

On November 19, 2024, I canceled the products I ordered under order number 121911249890946 through the IKEA application. Despite this, an invoice for my order was issued on November 21, 2024. On November 25, 2024, I received an email from IKEA with reference number 061911241553706, informing me that my delivery had been canceled. However, the payment of ₺3,281.98 that I made has not been refunded to me since the cancellation. Despite reaching out to IKEA through the "Contact Us" section on their website and by phone, I have not received any response from the company. I kindly request that the amount of ₺3,281.98 be refunded as soon as possible and look forward to a prompt resolution of this matter. Sincerely.
