Karaca Tea Maker Handle Breaks After a Few Months

Hello, this is about Karaca’s tea maker. It’s a well-known brand that sells in our country, and we trusted the brand when we purchased it. However, within just a few months, the handle broke at the small connecting point. The lower part is a snap-in design while the upper part is screwed in. They could have designed both parts with screws, but I don’t understand why they chose such a complicated method. If both sides were secured with screws, it would only take two screws and the problem would be solved. Instead, the plastic structure weakens with heat and breaks easily. The plastic quality is very poor — something completely unexpected from Karaca.
The handle keeps breaking like this. If you try to replace just one handle, it costs about $13. Please stop taking advantage of customers, or stand behind the products you manufacture. You are not making small profits — we are paying between $81–$97 for this tea maker, only to use it for a few months and then be asked to pay another $13–$16 just for a handle. Do you really consider this fair? It’s unacceptable. And please don’t present yourselves as a premium brand if this is the level of quality and support you provide.
How absurd, the 'reply to my complaint' page keeps appearing for me. Seriously, you even turned people into monkeys when they try to file a complaint.
