Not Receiving Garena OTP Code — Account Recovery Issue
For the last 5 to 7 days, I have been unable to log in to my Garena account from India because I am not receiving any OTP codes on my recovery email. When I request the OTP, no email with a code is sent at all, so I am completely locked out of my account. I have already gone through all the available support steps and completed all the procedures requested by Garena, but the problem still continues, and I am still not receiving any OTP codes. I request that my account be reviewed and that I be helped to log in again, either by fixing the OTP system for my account or by verifying my identity through another method so that I can safely regain access to my Garena account.
