IKEA Failed to Deliver My Full Order After 25 Days Despite Promises to Reship Items

On 13.09.2024, I placed an order with the number 211309241610966 through the IKEA mobile app. On 16.09.2024, I received a message stating, “Your package will be delivered today.” However, the courier company detected damage to the package and informed me that the order would be returned. Later, when I contacted IKEA customer service, I was told that my order would be repacked and shipped again. On Tuesday (08.10.2024), I received a call from an IKEA representative informing me that two items would not be sent due to stock issues and that my order would be delivered incompletely. Due to the delays and missing items during this process, I requested the cancellation of my order and a refund of the payment I made. Unfortunately, during this 25-day process, I experienced both time loss and inconvenience. I expected a much more professional service from a reliable brand like IKEA. This experience has seriously damaged the trust I had in IKEA, and I would like to state that I will no longer be shopping from your stores or online platforms. I kindly request that this grievance be taken into consideration and that the necessary steps be taken to improve the process. Best regards.
