IKEA's Delay In Furniture Shipment and Failure to Deliver
161409252288936 161709259743576 These orders, placed on September 14 and 17, 2025 with the above tracking numbers through Ikea’s online store, are shown as dispatched via Horoz Logistics. However, more than two weeks have passed and the items have neither been shipped nor delivered to me. Despite my repeated contacts with both Horoz Logistics and Ikea customer service, I have received only procedural, repetitive responses and no concrete progress has been made. Horoz Logistics states that one of the items has not been handed over to them by Ikea, while Ikea claims that invoices and delivery notes have been issued and the products are ready for shipment. This mutual shifting of responsibility has created serious uncertainty regarding the status of my high-value orders, for which I also paid an additional delivery fee. Moreover, the entire process is nothing short of disgraceful. Although Ikea promised to respond within 48 hours, four to five days have passed with no communication. For ten days the tracking number has been circulating across Turkey without any real movement toward delivery, and there remains the risk that the products may arrive damaged when they eventually do. This situation reflects an unacceptable level of negligence and a clear disregard for customer satisfaction. I hereby request that my orders be delivered promptly and in full, that the cause of this delay be clearly explained, and that I receive an official and timely response from Ikea.
