I purchased a handheld Electrolux garment steamer from Amazon on 10 March 2024. Approximately four weeks ago, the device stopped working properly, and now it does not pump at all when I try to use it. Because of this, I am unable to use the steamer for its intended purpose. Since the product has failed in a short period of time and is not functioning as expected, I request that Electrolux provide a replacement device under the relevant warranty and consumer rights. I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so that I can continue using a properly working product.
