I hold a savings account with Axis Bank, and I made two UPI deposits from my PhonePe application to my Fun88 gaming account, but these amounts have still not been credited to my Fun88 balance. The first transaction was made on 19-02-2026 for an amount of Rs. 3,500 via UPI. The PhonePe transaction ID for this payment is T2602192116373843773050. The second transaction was made on 27-02-2026 for an amount of Rs. 2,300 via UPI, with PhonePe transaction ID T2602271322196876716904. Both transactions show as completed and credited to the receiver’s bank account. I contacted Axis Bank customer care, and I was informed that both amounts have been successfully credited to the receiver's bank account. After that, I contacted Fun88 support several times, but their agents did not respond properly, and they kept saying that the amounts were not credited to their bank, even though the transactions showed success on my side, and Axis Bank has confirmed the credit. Because of this, I am unable to use my own money and have been waiting for days without any clear solution. I respectfully request that these two amounts, Rs. 3,500 from 19-02-2026 and Rs. 2,300 from 27-02-2026, be urgently located and immediately added to my Fun88 gaming account balance, or that a clear confirmation be provided on the status of these payments so that the issue can be resolved without further delay. I also request that this issue be resolved and the amounts be credited to my Fun88 gaming account as soon as possible.
