IKEA Eskisehir Delivery Hassles
I had a problem with a delivery from IKEA Eskisehir. I got a text on Friday saying my delivery would come in 2 days, but of course, it didn't come. I reached out to customer service three times, but they completely ignored my concerns. The representatives didn't give any response except for automated replies. I spent 1250TL on shipping because I would have personally gone from Eskisehir to Bursa to pick up the product. I want my distress to be resolved right away. This service is not okay. Companies like IKEA, who have a specific brand image, should make sure they have higher standards in how they interact with others. We need to make urgent improvements by working together with representatives and shipping companies.
