Ikea Doesn't Take Responsibility For The Shipping

For our delivery with the reference number 112003232205186, we paid a shipping fee of 500 TL. However, despite their promise to deliver it yesterday, they did not. Horoz Logistics is handling the delivery, but despite charging for delivery, IKEA is not taking any responsibility. To make matters worse, they don't even mention this lack of accountability when you make the purchase. Now I have to wait three more days for my delivery. This situation has surprised and upset me. I require the package to be delivered as soon as possible. We can't just go pick up the package on our own. I'm hoping they can fix this problem as soon as possible because I really need the items in that shipment.
