Bath & Body Works Body Creams Arrived Spoiled and Unusable

I am filing a complaint because multiple body creams I purchased from Bath & Body Works at the Ankamall store were spoiled. The products have already ended up in the trash. As can also be seen in the video I uploaded to Şikayetvar, the creams have an abnormal appearance and texture. They were already in this condition when I first purchased them and cannot be used safely.

To avoid losing the money I paid for these products and to resolve my issue, I request that my defective creams be replaced with new ones or that an appropriate refund or other solution be provided. I also request that the spoiled products be inspected and that any manufacturing or storage-related issue be identified if one exists.

This company is absolutely terrible and never takes customer complaints seriously.
