Zara Home Blanket Fell Apart After One Wash

On September 24, 2026, I purchased a beige blanket from the Zara Home store at TerraCity Mall in Antalya. As soon as I got home, I washed it at 30°C exactly as instructed on the care label. After washing, the blanket's threads started coming loose, the fabric became fuzzy and pulled, and it developed a heavily pilled, lumpy appearance. The product had been in my home for only about three hours before this happened.

I do not consider it acceptable for a product to deteriorate this severely after such a short period of time and after its very first wash. I request that the blanket be evaluated as a defective product and that the full purchase price be refunded to me.
