Nivea Black and White Roll-On Cap Does Not Close

I recently purchased a Nivea Black & White roll-on deodorant, and the product has been defective since the first day. The roll-on cap does not close properly, and I have experienced the same problem from the moment I purchased it, making it difficult to use the product properly.

I am disappointed to experience a manufacturing defect with a product that I have just purchased. I did not expect this kind of issue from a brand like Nivea.

I request that this defective product be inspected and that I be contacted regarding the issue. If deemed appropriate, I would like the product to be replaced with a new one or receive a refund. In short, I ask Nivea to contact me as soon as possible regarding this matter.
