Nivea Men Roll-On Left White Residue After Use

On September 22, 2026, I purchased a Nivea Men roll-on product that was on sale at a BİM store in central Batman. The product had been discounted from $5 to $2. I had an opportunity to use it about a week after purchasing it, and when I did, I noticed that it left white particles under my arms. I believe there may be a problem with the product's formulation, and I suspect that potentially defective or problematic leftover products may have been put on sale as part of the promotion.

I no longer have the receipt or barcode information for the product, but having the product turn out to be defective in this way has seriously affected my trust in both BİM and the brand. I expect an apology from the brand and request that the product be replaced with one that is in proper condition.

I request that this issue be investigated and that the necessary quality checks be carried out to prevent similar problems from affecting other customers in the future.
