IKEA Failed to Deliver Undamaged Bergsbo Wardrobe Doors After Two Broken Replacements
On October 22, I bought 4 Bergsbo wardrobe doors from IKEA online. Twice the lids arrived broken and they took them two times back for replacement. I have been waiting for the solid product to reach me since November 18th. The product will come from Bayrampaşa Store to my house in Topkapı (a distance of 5 minutes). But there has been no progress for days. I talk to the customer representative every day, he says he is taking notes and forwarding them, but there is no response. I want to complain about the company, there is no one I can talk to other than the customer representative who took this note and did not produce any solution. I want my order to be delivered safely and urgently.
