IKEA Is Not Delivering My Products!
I just bought a product from the IKEA store in Ümraniye, paying for delivery and assembly services in advance. So, I set up a delivery date, took the day off, and waited at home, but my products never showed up, and the company didn't bother to let me know. When I contacted the delivery team, they said the items were damaged and couldn't be delivered. We rescheduled for another day, but there was a mix-up with the delivery date, and despite confirming that they would deliver the next day, they demanded additional delivery fees when they arrived. So, even after letting them know several times that the items hadn't arrived, they still sent workers. This situation is a total mess, with commitments to call back and provide updates being repeatedly unfulfilled. I just need the delivery and assembly of my products that I've already paid for.
