IKEA Ingatorp Table Missing Parts Not Delivered




I am very disappointed with my shopping experience at IKEA Bayrampasa. On June 11, 2023, I bought an Ingatorp table and paid an extra 1230 TL for IKEA's delivery service to have it delivered to Aydin, where I live. Borusan Logistics was given the product for delivery. The item arrived at Borusan Logistics' Aydin distribution center on June 16. When the delivery did not arrive at my address, I went to the distribution center on June 20 to pick up the item, but I refused to accept it because it was missing parts. I contacted IKEA customer service right away to report the problem. Despite making multiple follow-up requests in the days that followed, I received no response. Finally, the logistics company attempted to deliver the incomplete product to me on July 5. I contacted customer service once more but received the same unsatisfactory responses. This ordeal has lasted nearly a month, and I am still without my table. It's unclear that IKEA, despite charging me 1230 TL, has been unable to resolve such a simple issue. I'm waiting for a solution to my problem with bated breath.
