Hello, I urgently need support. I had a Lords Mobile account with a level 25 castle, but unfortunately, I never linked it to an email or phone number. After resetting my device, I completely lost access to the account and do not even have the ID anymore.
I already sent IGG a support ticket with an ID from another Lords Mobile account, but I have not received any reply so far. I do, however, still have online purchase receipts that can prove the account belongs to me.
This situation is very frustrating because I spent significant time and money on this account, and now I cannot reach it. I request urgent assistance from IGG to help recover my lost account using my payment history and available proof. Players should have a way to get their accounts back even if they did not set up backup links.
