IGG Viking Rise Still Hasn’t Refunded My Duplicate Payment Since June 2

On June 2, 2025, a duplicate payment was mistakenly processed on my account for Viking Rise by IGG. As of June 8, 2025, despite my repeated attempts, the issue has still not been resolved. Neither a refund nor the equivalent in-game rewards have been provided.

This is a very simple matter that should have been fixed immediately after a basic receipt verification. Yet, instead of resolving it promptly, the process has been dragged out unnecessarily, leaving me frustrated and without a solution.

I demand that IGG speed up this process and immediately either refund the duplicate payment or credit my account with the appropriate rewards. Customers should not have to wait this long for such a straightforward correction.
