Lost Access to My Old Igg.com Game Account After Update
After updating my game on Igg.com, I lost access to my old account. When I tried to log back in, my previous progress was gone, and a completely new account appeared instead. Originally, I had linked my old game to my Facebook account, but now when I log in through Facebook, it only opens a different account.
At this point, I can see two different accounts in the game, but not the one I actually want—the one where all my progress and time were invested. I even deleted and reinstalled the game, but the issue remains.
This is very frustrating, as I spent significant time and effort building up my old account. I urgently request support to recover my original account and link it properly so I can continue playing where I left off.
