After updating my game on Igg.com, I lost access to my old account. When I tried to log back in, my previous progress was gone, and a completely new account appeared instead. At this point, I can see two different accounts in the game, but not the one I actually want—the one where all my progress and time were invested. I even deleted and reinstalled the game, but the issue remains.
