Hello, today when I logged into my IGG account, I discovered that my game account was linked to a completely new profile. As a result, all of my progress and in-game purchases were erased. I can no longer access the account I spent so much time and money developing.
Unfortunately, I do not remember my exact account ID, but I have all of my purchase receipts available as proof of ownership. This shows clearly that the account belongs to me and that I have financially contributed to the game.
I request urgent assistance to restore my original account and progress, along with all of the items and purchases I previously made. If my account cannot be recovered, then I demand a full refund of every purchase I have made.
Please contact me directly to resolve this matter. I invested heavily in this game and do not deserve to lose everything due to an account linking issue.
